Under normal operating conditions, deposits are credited to your mpl77 Account Balance instantly upon confirmation from your payment provider. mpl77 is not liable for delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider's own processing times, scheduled maintenance, or network disruptions.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or any other person — are strictly prohibited. mpl77 reserves the right to reverse any deposit and suspend the associated account where a third-party funding source is identified.

Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals may only be directed to a payment account registered in your own name, matching the details on your verified mpl77 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Where investigation confirms a material breach, the Account Balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.
Members who wish to voluntarily close their Account may submit a written request to [email protected]. mpl77 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously without interruption, that it will be free from errors or viruses, or that any defects will be corrected. mpl77 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You use the Platform at your sole risk.
mpl77 shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms & Conditions where such failure results from a Force Majeure event.
